1. Our Health Promise
At Exotic Live Parrots, we are fully committed to providing strong, healthy, and well-socialized parrots. Every bird is raised in a clean, controlled, and carefully maintained environment to ensure proper physical and emotional development. Our parrots receive balanced nutrition, daily human interaction, and close monitoring from the time they hatch until they are ready for their new homes.
2. Veterinary Health Check
Before any parrot is made available for sale:
Each bird undergoes a thorough physical examination
Feathers, eyes, breathing, and activity levels are carefully evaluated
Only healthy and active birds are approved for adoption
Birds showing any signs of illness are not offered for sale
We ensure that every parrot leaves our facility in excellent condition.
3. Health Guarantee Coverage
We provide a 7-Day Health Guarantee from the date of delivery.
During this period:
The buyer must have the parrot examined by a licensed avian veterinarian
If a serious health issue is diagnosed within the guarantee period
Proper veterinary documentation must be provided
If a confirmed health issue is found during the guarantee timeframe, we will:
Offer a replacement bird (subject to availability), OR
Provide a reasonable resolution after reviewing veterinary proof
4. What Is Not Covered
Our health guarantee does not cover:
Illness caused by improper care after delivery
Accidents, stress-related conditions, or poor housing
Failure to provide veterinary examination within the guarantee period
Changes in behavior due to relocation stress
Proper care after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Safe & Responsible Breeding Practices
We follow responsible breeding standards, including:
Clean and sanitized breeding areas
Proper diet and nutritional planning
Hand-feeding and socialization practices
Monitoring during early development
We do not compromise on bird welfare under any circumstances.
6. Ongoing Support
Our responsibility does not end after purchase. We provide:
Feeding guidance
Housing recommendations
Care instructions
Basic transition support
We are always available to assist new owners in ensuring their parrot adjusts comfortably to its new home.
